Questions: Email Kevin

These public policies describe current NyFTee practices and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a final domain launch or material system change.

Information you provide

Project, contact, and consultation forms may collect your name, email, company or project, URL, location, time zone, business stage, problem, desired capabilities, budget band, timeline, decision role, readiness, referral source, communication preference, and consent.

  • Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, health information, or unrelated confidential data through a general inquiry form.
  • A project agreement may establish additional confidentiality and data-processing terms before sensitive client information is accepted.

Technical and source information

The site may record the page used to submit an inquiry and campaign parameters supplied in the URL. Standard hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request headers, security signals, and logs needed to deliver and protect the service.

How information is used

NyFTee uses inquiry information to review fit, respond, route the appropriate next step, prevent abuse, maintain a business record, prepare authorized consultation or project communications, and improve the quality of the inquiry process. NyFTee does not automatically generate a binding scope, price, or project promise from form data.

Storage and service providers

Structured inquiries are stored in the website's managed database. If email delivery is enabled, an email service may process the information needed to notify Kevin and acknowledge the sender. Scheduling and payment providers process information under their own policies when those services are connected. NyFTee does not store raw card details.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for inquiry review, business records, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and authorized future work. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing kevinbondconsulting@gmail.com with enough information to verify and locate the record. Some information may be retained where required for contracts, payment records, security, legal obligations, or legitimate dispute handling.
