Current approach
The site uses semantic structure, keyboard-accessible navigation and controls, visible focus, descriptive labels, sufficient color contrast, responsive content parity, reduced-motion support, and status messages for forms.
Third-party services
External scheduling, payment, retailer, venture, and video services may have their own accessibility behavior. NyFTee will offer a direct email support route when a third-party flow creates a barrier it can reasonably work around.
Feedback and accommodation
If you encounter a barrier or need an alternative way to inquire, book, receive information, or complete an approved payment, email kevinbondconsulting@gmail.com and describe the page, task, assistive technology if relevant, and preferred response format.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as content, forms, integrations, and components change. A statement of intent does not replace testing or user feedback; issues will be prioritized according to impact and available remediation.
